*** Until further notice the Shelby Twp. Office will be closed on the weekends. If your color is called you must report to another OnSite Substance Abuse Testing office location***
Face masks are optional but encouraged
* Only the person testing is allowed in the facility, no exceptions *
What if My Color is Shown?
If your color is listed above, you must report for testing today. Bring your picture ID (Driver's license, passport, etc.), client log sheet, and payment for testing.
